I put in some hours yesterday at Santa Barbara City College, and it was pretty much torture.

Not in that way – the kids and the job are great – but it was so damn nice out yesterday (and so chilly in the air-conditioned classroom).

FYI – SBCC is the nicest campus I’ve ever seen, no joke.

The weather is amazing again today in Santa Barbara, and it’s been a while since I hung out at Goleta Beach – so today I am packing a cooler and a book and a pen and a pad and cruising over.

I am also going to bring my skim board (thank you very much Mr. Parker!) and see if I can make any progress.
