Well, I certainly didn’t see this coming – I’ve had approximately six hours of sleep combined the past two nights.

I went out for a sail on Saturday afternoon at Lake Cachuma – which I thought would be it for the day – and I ended up making a tire swing and participating in one of the most expensive low-budget camping trips in recent history.

Then when I woke up on Sunday I was coaxed up the coast to San Luis Obispo County where we checked out Big Falls/Little Falls, did some cliff jumping, and drove through streams in the back of a pickup truck.

I’d love to tell you all about it, but I could barely keep my eyes open on the drive home this morning. No worries – I’ll be going hard in the lab all week before I head to Vegas on Thursday.
