It’s one of the perks of living in paradise – random encounters with beauty that stun anyone in its path.

Last night, I sat on my back porch, sipping on some Barcelo Imperial and fighting off the tail end of a cold, watching the clouds come in over the mountains from the Santa Ynez Valley.

As the clouds came over they broke apart, and we were treated to an amazing scene.
