I have had a hell of a time lately putting the pen to the paper and coming through with anything complete, anything fully developed, in terms of fiction.  I am hoping my trip to Chicago this weekend will get my ass moving, inspire me.

I found out today that I will also be writing a story for GoNomad.com while in Chicago, in addition to Entree. And I am going to get to see an old buddy from Virginia Tech, Sean Witty, while I am in the Windy City.  These are good things.

There is a chance I will travel back to the Riviera Maya at the end of April for GoNomad.com, but I am still waiting for confirmation on that one.

Man, it has been an amazing seven months.  It’d be awfully nice to see the ball continue to gather snow.

And did I tell you my sister is engaged?  Yea, for sure, to Lord Stanley.  I am happy for her.  Yet I also thank the lord that I am 3,000 miles away from the planning of that wedding.  I know how that sounds, but you’ll back me up, won’t you Candy?
