I had an awfully nice aperitif last night, one that made me as ravenous as it did happy: Dubonnet Rouge.

It’s a sipper, for sure, but it tastes great and goes down real easy.

We were having cocktails out on the back patio and watching the light in the sky slowly fade away to black, revealing the stars.

We also had some nice conversation, which I am sure the Dubonnet did not impede.

Try it, it’s cheap (I paid $11).
