You have to go as a group, and have an educational or artistic theme, I still don’t think one person by themeselves can legally go. I met these people at the NY Times Travel Show. So this is on the way but not there yet, like other nationalities. Obama too much of a chicken to remove the embargo completely…what’s with that?
