East Coast Tour Continues: Lunch Time in Baltimore

Well, I failed on my promise to deliver a feature on Ocean City by this morning.

I woke up early and wrote – but when I ran out of time, my plan was to write the entire way down to Baltimore (1.5 – 2 hrs from South Jersey).

That was the plan, however I couldn’t keep my mouth shut long enough to even ponder my work, and we ended up telling stories of our most recent interactions with police officers.

Tell you what – life is funny (and frustrating, as I’m sure my friend can attest to after his $400 “ashing out the window” debacle).

Good thing we’re walking to McCormick and Schmick’s – Mr. Tom Collins is quite the social lubricant, and they make the best I’ve ever tasted (probably due to the fact that they make their own sour mix).

I have more photos of Ocean City and the boardwalk, but I’ll save them for the feature.

The drive into the city from 95 was very pleasant, and the Marriott here on the waterfront at Inner Harbor is really comfortable.
