Unwinding in Manzanillo with Agave's Three-Sixty Views

Last night we had the opportunity to dine at Agave – the Mexican restaurant on-site here at Barcelo Karmina Palace in Manzanillo.

It was a gorgeous night – clear and calm and warm – and it is an absolutely stunning place to drink and dine. Opened-aired with a straw roof and illuminated hanging stars, it’s hard not to feel relaxed and romantic, hearing the waves and looking out across at the city lights.

After the dinner hours, Agave turns up the volume with a live band and dancing, and we were more than willing to partake after a long day at the office. Shots from the tequila bar were supposed to ensure I didn’t look like a Gringo on the dance floor (you be the judge, see photos).

I wish I had more time to write, but we’re still on the go. I’m headed out to explore the pools of the hotel and test out the daytime beverage service.

It’s not so bad being busy at work these days.
