Brew Master’s Dinner Preview on May 5th in San Luis Obispo

I confirmed today that I am heading back to San Luis Obispo, once next week on May 5th and then again at the beginning of June for Wine, Waves & Beyond.

The May 5th event is a luncheon where I will preview (and review) the “Brew Masters Dinner” menu, a five-course meal prepared by local chefs from around the area. Each course will be paired with a different Firestone Beer.

Check out the menu – skirt steak tacos with pickled exotic garden watermelon radish and kumquat slices.

Jesus, say that ten times fast.

The real Brew Masters Dinner will be held at Cliff’s Resort, where I stayed last time I was in SLO, on June 4th, the third night of Wine, Waves & Beyond.

Tickets are $60 via the website.
