Jimmy Im and I are going to enter the USA TODAY and Rand McNally Best of the Road competition – a three-week cross country journey from New York to Los Angeles (June 23 – July 15).

The first step is being selected as one of the five teams, chosen based on a 1-minute video submission as well as team makeup, profile, etc.

Once selected, the next goal is winning $10,000, awarded to the team that provides the best coverage of their trip (via blogs, video, social media, etc).

First things first, though, we will ask for your support once our profile and video go online – your vote counts! (sort of)
