Photos: A Peek Down at Salt Lake from Slopes at Snowbird

I am hitting the wall here after a full day of skiing at Snowbird Resort (about thirty minutes outside of Salt Lake City).

I had intended to write tonight, but I just ended up staring at the desk. I feel so fulfilled and relaxed, albeit tired – the first day back on the slopes always gives the leg muscles a run for their money.

Here are a few photos from the day at Snowbird (story to follow). It was hazy in the morning, but I got some good ones toward the end of the day:

If you’re staying at Snowbird, enjoy the heated outdoor pool. I liked the indoor hot tub and then going out in the snow and jumping in the pool. Super refreshing

I didn’t stay there, but I had a day pass. The rooftop pool and hot tub were mighty cozy.
